Bespoke Wedding Cakes
I specialise in creating bespoke wedding cakes with modern design and natural flavours, crafted using only the finest ingredients. Each cake is designed individually, with attention to balance, texture, and taste, ensuring it reflects your style and the atmosphere of your day. From our first conversation to the final details, every element is thoughtfully considered, creating a cake that feels refined, personal, and effortless.
Flavours
Our flavour combinations are carefully developed to complement the elegance of the design while offering depth and balance in taste. Available flavour selections include:
Pistachio, Raspberry & Prosecco
Pistachio sponge with a raspberry & prosecco compote and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate & Sour Cherry
Rich chocolate sponge layered with sour cherry compote and Swiss meringue buttercream.
Passion Fruit & Coconut
Light coconut sponge filled with passion fruit curd and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream.
Red Velvet & Strawberry
Red velvet sponge paired with strawberry confit and Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lemon & Blueberry
Lemon sponge layered with blueberry confit and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
Seasonal flavours may be added throughout the year.
Cake Tasting Box
Cake tastings are offered 2–3 times per year and are announced in advance. During these periods, a Cake Tasting Box is available, featuring a curated selection of cake slices in the flavours listed above. This allows couples to experience the textures and balance of flavours before making their final decision. All tasting dates and availability are announced via Instagram. Due to the bespoke nature of my work, tastings are not available year-round.

Pricing Guide
Each wedding cake is unique and therefore priced individually. Final pricing is confirmed once the design is fully agreed, including finish, textures, floral elements, and decorative details. Prices below serve as a starting point and include a standard ganache finish. Additional elements such as coloured ganache, wafer paper design, or textured fondant are priced separately.

More complex designs start from €200

Delivery is not included. Cake stand hire is available upon request.

Booking & Deposit
To secure your wedding cake date, a non-refundable €150 deposit is required. Once we’ve discussed your design, servings, and chosen your flavours, you will receive a personalised quotation. The deposit is deducted from the final total and confirms your booking in my calendar. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your wedding date (delivery/collection).
Because each cake is created to order, pricing reflects the time, craftsmanship, premium finish, and high-quality ingredients used in every design. If you have a budget in mind, feel free to share it during your enquiry and I’ll guide you towards the best options within it.
